The New Plastics Economy (NPE) is an ambitious, three-year global initiative to build momentum towards a sustainable plastics system, starting with packaging. Apparently, not very nobly or wisely, asserts well-known SA food science consultant, Nigel Sunley, in this article where he also offers some ideas on cogent changes of strategy.
