Sally Williams’ nougat achieves top safety certification

Maker of what is widely considered to be one the world’s finest honey nougats, Sally Williams has recently achieved its FSSC 22000 food safety system certification through Lloyds Register.

FSSC 22000 is an internationally recognised standard, benchmarked by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI).

“FSSC 22000 certification is a natural progression from the HACCP certification that we received in 2008,” says the company. “Sally Williams is committed to continuous improvement in all aspects of its business. This certification follows on, too, from the numerous international awards that Sally Williams has won.”

Sally Williams’ products are available locally and exported to 22 countries worldwide with key markets in the UK, Australia and the Middle East.
