Relaunching Boudoir Biscuits

South Africa’s much-loved finger biscuits, Bakers Boudoir Biscuits, are back on store shelves countrywide after getting a makeover.

National Brands’ Snackworks division reports that product developers have spent the last few months “perfecting the secret Bakers Boudoir recipe”, ensuring that their taste is better than before. After being off-shelf for over a year, a better and bigger Boudoir is now available across South Africa in all supermarkets and grocery stores.

“We are delighted to have the country’s favourite finger biscuit back in production after months of re-working and updating the famous recipe. We only want to bring our consumers the best possible products and now we are happy with the high quality and standard of the new improved Boudoir,” says Bakers Marketing Manager, Jeanne Rosenberg.

Bakers Boudoirs Biscuits, finger biscuits with a fine sugar sprinkle, have a variety of uses. Boudoirs are the perfect accompaniment to trifle or tiramisu desserts; and are enjoyed dunked into a cup of tea. For mothers, the biscuits are also useful for babies who are teething.

The light and crispy biscuits are made with real eggs; are trans- fat free; and do not contain any artificial colourants. The new Boudoirs are now available in a handy 200g wrap bag, that includes two 100g stay-fresh packs.
