New biscuit treats from Wedgewood Nougat

A gem of a local brand, Wedgewood Nougat has extended its range of biscuits with two new additions to complement its orginal Angels.

Baked in its KZN Midlands factory, the new variants are an “Almost Everything Biscuit”, that’s made up of, dates, oats, sunflower seeds, molasses, almonds, dark choc chips, pumpkin seeds, vanilla, salt and spices; and Ginger Biscuits, traditional ginger cookies made the good, old-fashioned way.

“In designing these biscuits we follow a very simple approach …. First we think what recipe would we like to bake at home for our families and then we obsess over every ingredient. No shortcuts, ever!” comments Paul Walters, Wedgewood’s marketing and sales director.
