You asked – and SAAFoST listened, again! After two sellout workshops in Gauteng, SAAFoST’s third Listeriosis Workshop will take place on April 10, 2018, at Stellenbosch University.
This national workshop, to be held at Stellenbosch University’s Department of Food Science, will aim to give delegates an up-to-date overview of Listeria, the Listeriosis outbreak, legal implications for the food industry, understanding L.mono’s behaviour in processing environments, what whole genome sequencing tells us, handling a disease outbreak, implications for regulations and more…
