The erstwhile head of innovation for Pick n Pay, Nicki Russell is the founder of Think Flavour, her own food company launching innovative products into the SA market (as pictured above).

She, and colleague, Bianca Stals, also run a consultancy focused on helping food businesses with product strategy and to develop innovative, market-ready products.

Russell shared her expertise with delegates at the Africa Food Show summit – and has kindly agreed to do similarly with FOODStuff SA readers.
