  • bee-free honey;
  • non-animal caseins, a GMO-free, non-animal protein that elevates the quality of plant-based dairy products;
  • fat replacers made from avocado seeds that deliver the same taste and mouthfeel of fat without the calories, saturated fat, and other unhealthy attributes of traditional fats;
  • a 100% natural emulsifier derived from potato – glycoprotein patatin;
  • all natural, plant-based beta carotene preservative that effectively inhibits the growth of microorganisms such as mould and yeast. It binds to water-soluble proteins and prevents them from being hydrolysed;
  • an all natural thickening agent derived from banana skins.
