The South African Society of Dairy Technology (SASDT) is hosting its annual symposium in mid April in the scenic KZN midlands – and offering a great scientific and social program over its two days. 

Running 17-18 April, the theme of the symposium, “Dairy: the next decade”, will explore sustainable solutions to the many issues the dairy industry faces in order to remain relevant in these uncertain times.

This two-day event will take place at the beautiful Fordoun Hotel in KZN Midlands.
