With the snacking craze more prevalent than ever, the California-based producer recognised the need for a cleaner, healthier snack centred around an ingredient that is loved by many.

According to the USDA, per capita consumption of avocados has tripled since the early 2000s and the bright green, creamy fruit is known to be one of the healthiest superfoods in the world.

“We all know that everyone loves avocados, so we set out to create an irresistibly amazing new way to enjoy them,”​ said Andrew Aussie, president and founder of Earnest Eats.

The novel snack is made with slices of real avocado that are freeze-dried and simply seasoned with sea salt and spices. Available in three flavours – Sea Salt, Sea Salt Lime and Roasted Chipotle – Earnest Eats Snacking Avocadoes are vegan, keto, gluten-free and non-GMO, along with being high in fibre, sugar free and packed with healthy monounsaturated fats.

Made with real Hass avocados, the nutritious snacks are always in season – without the worry about ripeness or spoilage – and can be enjoyed on their own as an healthier alternative to chips, or added to salads for a crunchy twist.
