New Willow Creek olive oils with a gourmet twist

Willow Creek Olive Estate has released three new infused olive oils. The flavoursome trio – Lemon, Basil and Parmesan – are produced on the estate in the Nuy Valley, with their award-winning, cold-extracted extra virgin olive oil as a base, delicately infused with natural flavourants.

According to Willow Creek brand manager, Louise Rabie, this versatile addition to their product range is perfect for drizzling over salads and finishing pasta dishes, adds flavour to oven roasted vegetables and chicken, and its wonderful brushed onto crostini or for dipping crusty bread.

Willow Creek Infused Olive Oils are available in 250ml bottles from all major retailers and leading deli’s at R49,35.
