The product developers at Tiger Brand’s Enterprise division have clearly been busy, with four new ranges launched recently, notably a line-up of premium ‘Chef’s Cut’ processed meats.
This can be seen as in line with the trend to upmarket, authentic foods that do no evoke images of factory conveyor belts, an adaptation seen as necessary for fueling steady growth.
As a recent article on the topic noted: “Food companies are responding to the adage that people eat with their eyes. Home-cooked meals — or ones that at least look like they were homemade — are seen as more wholesome and authentic.”
Enterprise Chef’s Cut Slow Cooked & Thickly Sliced Meats (above), offer authentic flavours from prime cuts of premium meats. Variants available are Country Ham; Beef Silverside and Hickory Ham
The Chef’s Cut bacon range includes Dry Cured Back Bacon, Dry Cured Streaky Bacon, Dry Cured Proscuitto-Flavoured Streaky Bacon.
The Chef’s Cut Vienna’s range includes Cheese Smoked Viennas and Sring Onion & Chive Flavoured Smoked Viennas.
Enterprise Spreads in Tubs
In a nice convenience touch, Enterprise spreads are now delivered in a resealable tub, in Bacon flavour, Vienna, Chicken & Liver variants.
No mess, no wastage, easily spreadable and can be taken from fridge to table.
