I&J has added a multigrain crumb variant to its Light & Crispy hake range.

The I&J Light & Crispy range of fish fillet portions with a new Multigrain Crumb variant in a Lime & Coriander flavour, offers consumers the added benefits of a barley, oats and rye crumb.

The whole Light & Crispy range is approved by the Heart & Stroke Foundation as part of a balanced healthy eating plan - it is the only crumbed fish fillet portion on the market to have this approval; every pack contains the Heat Mark logo.  

The range does not contain any artificial ingredients, is yeast free and is very low in cholesterol.

There are five variants in the range: Classic, Lemon, Garlic & Parsley, Oak Smoked Haddock and the new Multigrain Crumb: Lime & Coriander flavour, which replaces the Roasted Sweet Pepper variant. All products are available country-wide.
