New cider makes a debut

Tell's CiderStellen Fine Wines has entered the competitive cider market with the launch of a new cider, Tell's. According to Distell, cider is the fastest-growing alcoholic beverage, outpacing the growth in beer, wines, spirits and flavoured alcoholic beverages. Datamonitor reports that in 2010 the cider market grew at 3.1% year-on-year and shows a 5.7% CAGR (Compound Annual Growth Rate).

 
Pacmar launches Wilde 100% fruit juice

Wilde 100%Wellington-based Pacmar has stepped onto a new juice platform, launching Wilde 100% Fruit Juice, its first 100% “made from concentrate” fruit juice range to be produced under the Pacmar brands and an extension to its existing premium range, Wilde 100% Pure Pressed Fruit Juice. A logical extension, too, in light of the current consumer spending squeeze.

 
KWV moves like (jimmi)jagga
